The Estate is the living heart of Flamingo Estate.

Richard Christiansen pays homage to the story of a lush orchard and a vast garden on a California hillside overlooking Los Angeles.

It is where sage becomes soap, tomatoes are transformed into candle scent, and olive oil is pressed from ancient trees.
With a network of dedicated farmers, salt is harvested from Big Sur cliffs, and honey is gathered from local bees.
