🍕 Low Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl – Your New Favorite Weeknight Dinner!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup chopped green bell peppers
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
🔥 Directions:
1️⃣ Sauté the Veggies
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened (about 5 minutes).
Add minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
2️⃣ Cook the Meat
Add the ground beef or turkey to the skillet.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook, breaking up the meat with a spatula, until fully browned and cooked through.
3️⃣ Combine & Serve
Give everything a good stir to mix the flavors.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
