🔥 Directions:

1️⃣ Sauté the Veggies
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.

2️⃣ Cook the Meat

Ingredients:

2 large sweet onions, sliced into rings

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

½ cup breadcrumbs

🔥 Preparation & Cooking:

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up while you prep.

2️⃣ Prep the Onions
Peel and slice your sweet onions into even rings.

3️⃣ Grease the Baking Dish
Lightly grease a baking dish so the onions don’t stick.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

¼ cup honey

¼ cup soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 cups fresh green beans, ends trimmed

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and black pepper, to taste

🔥 Directions:

1️⃣ Whisk the Marinade
In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.

2️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, making sure they’re coated.
Let them sit for at least 30 minutes at room temp—or cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.

3️⃣ Start Roasting Sweet Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

🔥 Directions:

1️⃣ Prep Your Broccoli

1 cup heavy cream
