Before & After of a Kitchen and 2 Bathroom transformations!

My clients envisioned a space that felt timeless with modern touches—polished, refined, and grounded in a soft, neutral palette.

Together, we reimagined both the kitchen and bathrooms to reflect that vision, balancing beauty with thoughtful functionality.

In the kitchen, we introduced additional storage and a tall appliance cabinet to streamline daily living. A mix of custom white upper cabinetry and warm oak wood lowers creates a sense of quiet contrast—calm, balanced, and enduring.

My clients didn’t want to move the skylight in the kitchen so the sculptural, triangular hood clad in quartz became the centerpiece. Its tapered form draws the eye upward, where natural light moves gently across the stone’s subtle veining. Slim brass hardware adds warmth and a layer of understated luxury, completing a kitchen that’s as beautiful to live in as it is to experience.

Small spaces can be more challenging to design than large homes. This is one of the toughest projects I’ve worked on.

Navigating challenges and conflicts between the stone fabricator, general contractor, and cabinet vendor wasn’t easy. None of the trades got along. But when everyone came together, the results were exactly what my clients envisioned—every detail carefully executed, every element in harmony.

What emerged is more than a kitchen and two bathrooms—it is a cohesive environment carefully crafted for daily life, where function and beauty exist in perfect harmony.

There’s something about the right materials and colors that quietly transforms a space.

The marble adds beautiful depth, movement, and visual interest to the bathroom, while the decorative brackets and ceiling medallion bring a sense of timeless, classic elements to the bedroom.

It’s always these details that make a space feel layered, elevated, and complete.
Looking forward to seeing everything come together!

It's Monday Motivation!
I prefer the quote "Being an inspiration to someone is the sincerest form of flattery."

It’s the most meaningful kind — because it shows your ideas shaped someone’s thinking, not just their actions.

Imitation can copy what you create — but it can never copy your energy. That’s uniquely yours. Each individual has their own energy, aura, and vibe.

Inspiration is different. It shapes how someone creates something new.

The greatest compliment isn’t imitation — it’s inspiration.

When your work sparks someone else’s creation, that’s not imitation — that’s influence.

Wishing you a week full of influence, creativity, and meaningful impact!

How did this living room transform? It involved more than just picking out paint colors, furniture, and lighting.

People who have never collaborated with a professional interior designer often assume they only need help selecting paint colors, furnishings, window treatments, or accessories.

However, during the design process they come to realize they really need someone who can see the whole picture and make everything work together.

The reality is that interior design is more than just choosing beautiful pieces—it’s about orchestrating an entire space so every element works together cohesively and harmoniously.

From space layout and scale to lighting, materials, and finishes, a designer ensures every detail is considered from beginning to end before anything is purchased or installed. That’s how the end result is achieved.

This thoughtful planning creates a home that is cohesive, timeless, and effortlessly functional, where form and function blend seamlessly to reflect the homeowner's lifestyle, vision, and personal story.

Designing a space is one thing- interior styling is another.

I always bring in an interior stylist for photoshoots because styling a space requires a different skill set from interior design.

Stylists know how to make every corner shine ✨ and, at the same time, give clients inspiration and ideas for styling their own homes.

While most designers style their own projects, it really requires a special eye for texture, color, layering, and visual storytelling.

Every gorgeous spread you see in print magazines or digital publications like Architectural Digest and House Beautiful has been carefully styled by a professional stylist.

Interior styling is an essential step in showcasing a space at its absolute best—and it’s truly an art form of its own!

Careful slab layout is essential to ensure the marble’s veining flows seamlessly and enhances the overall design. It’s these intentional details that elevate a space from beautiful to exceptional.

The artistry is absolutely in the slab layout, and I can’t wait to see this beautiful marble installed in the bathroom as all the materials come together!

Onsite checking in on this newly enlarged bathroom ✨ It’s always exciting to see materials come to life.

Glass tiles + hand-cut marble mosaic floors are coming together beautifully and will pair seamlessly with the Calacatta turquoise stone.

A custom white oak vanity in a modern shaker profile mixed with gold and brass finishes brings balance and a refined warmth to this otherwise cool, serene palette.

I had the pleasure of walking through my client’s living room together (completed in 2024), and engaging in a candid conversation about details she loved about the space while enjoying the bedroom bench that just arrived.

We then stepped through the bedroom and into the enlarged bathroom to view the progress. My client loved the deep DoloMatte tub which feels so smooth like velvet and has a matte look rather than a shiny finish. It is a solid surface slab of specialty polymer blended with ground minerals.

Design is not simply about the reveal; it is shaped by the collective vision of every collaborator, the trust cultivated throughout the process, and the quiet evolution of a space into an authentic reflection of the client.

I look forward to sharing more photos and videos of behind the scene moments and the final transformation!
