WHO WE ARE

Sloan Miyasato is a multi-line wholesale showroom dedicated to providing distinctive residential and commercial furnishings to northern California’s vibrant interior design community. For more than 30 years we have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to making our galleries a showplace for an unparalleled portfolio of international products that embody innovation, craftsmanship, and

style. We are equally passionate about exceeding the expectations of our clients at every turn by delivering an exceptional level of service that has become one of our hallmarks. OUR HISTORY

In 1978 Sloan Miyasato opened its first San Francisco Design Center (SFDC) showroom at the original Ice House complex. The founders were Asian antique collectors with an extraordinary eye for the unique, the original, and the refined. When SFDC relocated to its current South of Market area, Sloan Miyasato became the first permanent tenant at The Showplace. Over the years, the highest-caliber lighting, fabrics, furniture, fine art, accessories, and floorcoverings were added to the showroom—securing Sloan Miyasato's place among the elite wholesale sources at SFDC. For three decades Sloan Miyasato has kept its finger on the pulse of the interior design scene and forged lasting relationships with the most prestigious showrooms and artisans across the country—and the globe. As a result, we have been able to consistently offer local designers and architects the most inspiring, exciting, and finest-quality products on the market. We are also invested in being a valuable resource to the community by hosting guest lecture series featuring visionary designers and making our galleries available to Bay Area design students—the very future of industry.
