Another solid project in the books for Future Flooring Group.

We recently completed a 12,000 SF ESD tile installation, delivering a high-performance flooring system designed to meet the demands of sensitive environments where static control is critical.

This project featured:
• 100% RH moisture mitigation system to address substrate conditions and ensure long-term durability
• Cementitious self-leveling underlayment to create a smooth, flat surface for installation
• 12x12 ESD tile installed with precision for both performance and clean aesthetics

From substrate prep to final install, our team focused on doing it right the first time—because in environments like these, performance isn’t optional.

FFG is proud to showcase one of our latest projects at San Jose State University’s Event Center — where design, precision, and craftsmanship came together in a big way.

For this installation, the Future Flooring Group’s team incorporated custom laser-cut logos into a terrazzo-inspired flooring system, creating a clean, modern aesthetic built to perform in a high-traffic campus environment.

What made this project even more meaningful — two San José State alumni, Conrad Sotelo (FFG) and Blake Jurich (Patcraft), were directly involved in product selection and design. Being able to contribute to their alma mater and leave a lasting mark on campus made this one especially rewarding.

Projects like this highlight how flooring can go beyond function — becoming a key design element that reinforces identity and elevates a space.
