The slate & shadow duo : some pieces are simple yet so unique.

This Bassett furniture set did not come to me in the best of shapes. They had a lot of water damage and thin veneer.

But some Tlc and a lot of elbow grease, I those solid lines started to shine through and I could see my vision coming together.

The solid lines, rosewood face, so uniquely brutalist in style

Matte black base breaks the bulkiness.

Matte black hardware subtly compliments the base and the rosewood

Those grains on the top 🤩

This was part of The slate & shadow dresser set.
But it was claimed separately by two set of couple to make each of them part of their new story and new home 🏠

Isn’t that just perfect!

I don’t chase the same forms when curating homes. My client wanted a dresser and nightstand for her room, but to add some interest, we decided to go with a completely different form for the nightstand. But look at how the dark stain and the subtle green ties it all together, just making it belong with one another 💚

This piece almost broke me — literally. Water damage, a cracked door, a termite treatment just to be safe.

Stripped it down to bare wood and stained it dark walnut. That’s when the rosewood slats started shining through.

Sold before I even got to post it online đź–¤

The Artichoke Lamp : I was not sure about this at first when I spotted it in an estate sale. But I really wanted to give it a try.

The idea was something classy but a statement respecting its scale. So I decided to accentuate the very structure with antique brass gilding wax.

It is now available to become a statement at your home.

The Silhouette Chest : This vintage Broyhill Emphasis gentleman’s chest came to the workshop as part of a three-dresser combo and left as a total masterpiece

Between her iconic mid-century arches, the rich two-tone finish, and incredible presence, she absolutely stole the show at our last two vintage markets.

It took some time to find the perfect home, but when the right buyer saw her, she was packed up and gone within an hour!

Thank you for this beautiful piece.

This original Gordon’s Inc. side table pair sat in my workshop for a long time. One day, I finally decided to rip off the bandage and start the work. Little did I know, these wouldn’t even make it to the online marketplace!

This pair sold right out of my booth at the . A couple walked past, stopped, and immediately turned back around.

She said the magic words: “I love the asymmetry.” Now, they get to be adored every single day as their new nightstands.

Some stories are just meant to be love at first sight! đź–¤

The brief? Glamoratti.

The result? Something that made my client cry happy tears.

When the dropped this theme I knew exactly what I wanted to create — a vanity that felt like it belonged in an old Hollywood dressing room. Dramatic. Glamorous. Completely one of a kind.
So I took Tamara’s old vanity, scuffed it back, mixed the perfect moody grey, fitted brass ring pulls, and styled her within an inch of her life.

Meet The Glamoratti. 🤎✨
Built for Tamara. Who came to me with a vision and trusted me to bring it to life.
home for this wonderful opportunity to be part of the community and create something beautiful.
