I’m officially noodled out! 😅 The girls and I literally ate noodles all weekend after making a pot of Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang. I explored different Hủ Tiếu Mì Khô versions like Nam Vang style or with Xá Xíu Hoành Thánh. The options are endless. So good but I need to eat something else now. Will share recipe reels this week!

Before that, I always felt rice noodles belongs with phở but boy have I been wrong. This bowl loaded with pork broth, pork, fish cakes, and shrimp was super comforting. Can’t wait to share the reel!

Randomly saw Pad Kra Pao up on my FYP and was like damn that looks good, I have all the ingredients, let’s make it. This minced pork and Thai basil stir fry was super easy to make. Done in 15 minutes. Packed with protein, aromatics, and flavor. Surprised I’ve never done it before considering how much I love Thai food. With a crispy fried egg on top. Perfect. Gonna be added to the rotation moving forward.
