Need a Thanksgiving side? Check out this suggestion from Betsy Bateson. Roasted winter squash wedges, drizzled with Jade Sichuan Peanut Sauce, and sprinkled with chopped peanuts and cilantro. Might also be good with roasted sweet potato wedges. For a festive holiday touch, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Happy Thanksgiving!
