END OF YEAR MESSAGE:

Hello Everyone!

The year 2017 has been a more amazing one, staging properties both in California and Hawaii, helping Owners, Realtors, etc. sell faster and for higher prices than the asking price. This year of business provided us the opportunity to stage an Eichler architectural design resident in San Mateo; producing an average of 5 purchase offers for Residential property sold at $1.5 million, increase in repeat clientele, and receiving public recognition.

It is always our pleasure and thrill seeing our staged homes perform so well for their sellers!

Just completed a year long remodeling project in Kailua, HI......second home with guest cottage. Photos to come!
