This photo takes me back to our first cabinet shop. That framing in the background? Yea..that was all me 🔨
After spending close to 20 years working in cabinet shops (a few of those years framing) I finally decided to bet on myself and build something of my own.
That orange Ridgid table saw wasn't just a tool—it was the foundation of a dream.
In the beginning, that's what I had: a small space, a lot of determination, and a willingness to work whatever hours it took to keep moving forward.
One project at a time.
One customer at a time.
One lesson at a time.
There were plenty of long days, setbacks, and moments when the future wasn't clear. But there was also growth, opportunity, and the satisfaction that comes from building something with your own two hands.
Not just cabinets: but a business, a reputation, and a life centered around craftsmanship.
Looking at this photo reminds me that every successful shop starts somewhere. No fancy equipment. No shortcuts. Just hard work, persistence, and a commitment to getting a little better every day.
It's been a long journey & one hell of a ride...but, foot on the gas..we're just getting started. 🙏
