Not every family can get out to paint together. This one painted at home instead.

If we haven’t met, I’m Christina. I bring the pottery studio to you, and sometimes that means packing it into a box.

I met this family at the Queen Creek Family Market. Their relatives were in town for Halloween, and a busy venue wasn’t going to work for everyone. So I made 10 To-Go kits, each with a pumpkin piece, labeled glazes and brushes. They painted when they were ready, then sent the pieces back to me to glaze and kiln-fire.

It’s not the paint. It’s what happens when you finally slow down. Phones go in pockets. Strangers start talking. Someone laughs at their own brushstrokes and the person next to them does too.

That’s the whole point of what I do. God gave us hands to create and people to do it with.

If you see my table at a market this season, come sit for a minute. You don’t need to be artsy. You just need a seat.

And if you love it, I’ll bring the whole studio to your home for your next birthday, girls’ night, or church group.

Behind every market setup is a whole lot of packing, organizing, and prayer — and this time, I had my two favorite helpers by my side. Watching my daughters jump in to help get everything ready for the festival reminds me exactly why I built this business the way I did: with faith, with family, and with room for them to be part of it all.
