We’re doing it SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17th at 1 PM at Created & Chosen Co. in Sand Lake!

We’ll talk real food, gut health, reading labels, better swaps, and practical ways to nourish your body — without making it complicated.

Come learn, ask questions, laugh a little, and leave feeling more confident about what you’re putting on your plate. And of course, we’ll keep Jesus right where He belongs — at the center.
