Did you know that you can perfectly hard-boil eggs by putting them whole in dry muffin tins at 325 degrees for 30 minutes - then place in cold water for a couple of minutes? They peel real easy and are perfect for deviled eggs or lunchboxes - buttery yolks, firm whites, DELICIOUS.....
