I’m Gabby Funderburk, founder and candle maker since 2021. I never imagined owning a candle business. In fact, I thought I’d wear a white coat, not pour wax. With degrees in Biology and Public Health, my path shifted after navigating fertility struggles, grad school, and long hours as a laboratory technologist. I needed a creative release… and one local market later—I sold out and found my purpose.

Now, I craft candles with intention—products that support your health, create a sense of peace, and offer a touch of luxury in life’s everyday hustle. Hive and Haven is more than a name—it’s a commitment to helping you discover your safe space through clean, nontoxic self-care.
