I can take constructive criticism but if you haven’t tried my sandwich please don’t assume it’s not authentic. As a Philadelphia native I strive to provide the ingredients for a proper Philly.

Whiz, Cooper Sharp, and Provolone are my go to as well as a soft Amoroso roll.

I don’t claim to be the best but I aim to make all of my customers happy so if you ever have an issue please address it with directly and I’ll be more than happy to make it right.
