It’s been 3 weeks without my Amoroso rolls and I decided to temporarily use a different roll until I can get an order. Tonight I have decided that I am not going to use these rolls as the quality does not meet my standards. I will not sell a sub par sandwich. I am going to close for the evening and tomorrow morning I will head to Dallas to find another option.

Looks like I’ll be baking rolls until I can get my Amoroso rolls in. I will let you know when I have them back in stock but until then I’ll have my alternative par-baked rolls to contend with.
