A dining room should feel as good as the food tastes.

For VIDA, that meant creating a space with rhythm, color, and openness. The mix of natural materials, playful seating, and graphic mural moments gives this part of the restaurant an atmosphere that feels bright, social, and easy to settle into.

One of our favorite parts of VIDA is the open-air patio moment, where the garage-style opening blurs the line between inside and out. Paired with warm wood tones, patterned tile, and layered seating, it gives the space an easy rhythm that feels casual, social, and very Redondo Beach.

Warm wood tones, clean built-ins, and just enough room for the beach bag, umbrella, and post-swim reset. Functional, yes, but still fully in step with the rest of the room’s easy island mood.

This is where the family suite gets a little more fun ✨

We designed this room to balance function with personality, pairing a built-in bunk moment with a soft custom wallpaper that adds warmth, pattern, and a subtle nod to the island setting.

The result feels cheerful, comfortable, and easy to settle into together.

The shop at the Ambassador Hotel was designed to feel layered and artful, with vibrant pieces, thoughtful objects, and a setting that carries the same warmth and character as the rest of the hotel. A place to browse, linger, and leave with something that actually feels worth bringing home.
