Planning Commission approval — no changes required.
We’re excited to share a major milestone for this new residential community just outside Los Alamos.
The project brings 69 new homes and 2 remodeled homes organized in small clusters around shared open spaces, creating a neighborhood that prioritizes connection, walkability, and a sense of place over conventional subdivision planning.
Rather than rows of isolated units, the design focuses on collective outdoor spaces, front porches, and shared landscapes that encourage everyday interaction.
Receiving approval with no requested changes is a reflection of a clear vision, thoughtful planning, and a strong collaborative process.
