A PSA for everyone and to PLEASE post in your community FB pages regarding CHRISTMAS LIGHTS….
Companies that have been in business for any particular amount of time greater than 2-3 years have ALREADY sent out our emails and started contacting existing clients to schedule their installs. PLEASE DO NOT wait til November to reach out to an established installer, they may be booked! Make your calls, texts, requests now. I’ve had people reach out to me in June to book just fyi.
Starting mid October to December, many well known installers are blessed with an over-abundance of calls, texts & messages for our services. We do the very best to get back to everyone as quick as possible but sometimes we are not able to as quick as we would like. There is only a limited amount of time to install lights and decorations before the season is over. Please understand we are doing the best we can and would love to help everyone who calls us but it may not happen, & I’ll apologize already for that.
Every year i am contacted from people who have paid in full and their installer doesn’t come back to remove the lights for a multitude of reasons and excuses. Please make sure you are working with an existing company and not a fly by night one. Work with the company and if need be, cross check them.
