Jen's more recent projects have focused on her residential clients. Comfortable and well-versed in many periods and styles, Jen can currently be found working on an English-inspired home in Kentucky, a 1950's style bungalow in LA, and a French-inspired home in Brentwood.

Eat-In kitchen remodel. Check out the before and after. Including a sketch by yours truly 🙃. We wanted a cozy but sophisticated vibe for this family home. Added the built-in ranch with custom seat cushion and pillows. There’s nothing like finding the perfect antique light fixture. 🥂It’s my favorite thing to do. Antique lighting adds instant character and story to a space. Clients are avid art collectors. Love the modern art “windows” added to our new nook.

This house we started right before the pandemic. My client had a 1930s bungalow that he had to tear down due to the expense of keeping it. It was beyond saving. During the pandemic we would meet on his front stoop. Me outside and he inside with the door open between. It’s been a long ride on this project. But a special one. Here are some current pics. We are about a month out to install. My client chose a modern home to make his choices simple. He wanted a modern clean look but wanted warmth. He wanted character and he wanted surprise. He loves Japan and the beauty of materials. I think what we provided is simple and beautiful and it’s all in the materials and how we installed them. Hoping to share install shots soon! We even did the garden on this one…it’s a great story on how the client pushed to save this tree. It was just about 10 feet from the house so the builders had to wrap the tree and be careful not to harm it. But so worth it! I built a breeze block wall to define the gardening space away from the front part of the yard.

Remodeled 1920s house we completed. One of my absolute favorite things about a remodel is restoring the home to its original roots. Coming up with details that highlight its originality but then giving it a fresh feel. I love the character of an old house. All cabinets were custom. I added a plaster fireplace detail in both the family room and master bedroom.

Guys!?! I’ve been working on my own lighting collection for many years and it’s finally ready! Please meet my first pieces of the collection. I call it the Puzzle Collection.

Conceived with the feeling of a puzzle, the sconces can be arranged in any combination. Whether in a grouping you create or solo, the collection offers bountiful options for lighting that fits your environment. I love art deco and simplicity. I use a lot of lighting in my projects and I often use antique lighting. Not only do I love the character of vintage and antique lighting but I love the scale. My pieces are more to scale as an antique piece would be.

Made with impeccable craftsmanship, my collaboration with They are the the best at what they do. I love these guys and it’s been fun working together. I wanted each piece in our artisanal small series collection reads like a work of art. A light fixture yes but more.
 
Part of my puzzle concept was for designers to have the opportunity to play with a wealth of metal finishes to add their “creative piece to the puzzle”. Mix and match the front face and the perimeter box in any of our metal finishes: polished nickel, polished brass, satin brass, copper, matte black, and oil-rubbed bronze. Easily customized. A bathroom remodel 💎I wanted to share….project to be completed by Feb 1st. It was to be a beachy vibe with a nod to the 1920s. Very excited about this blue shower surround tile. I mitered the tile and wrapped it into the window. We still have stone to add to the curb and a floating shelf in the shower. Excited to see the details come together. ⭐️💙Wait till you see the mirror we found for this space…

Happy New Year! 🎊 The kiddo and I had some holiday fun at a dude ranch for new years. It’s been on my bucket list for us to go together for awhile. It was fun to make it happen for the two of us. 🤠 We did many activities. Including me driving a snowmobile for the first time. We both rode a mechanical bull on NYE. That pic you don’t see as it was not pretty! 🥳😅🤣
