Crafted with medium wood tone, that becomes richer with age, this bed frame features a slatted foundation and a headboard height of 47.5". The bed frame is approximately 18.5" from the floor to the top of the side rail and foot board and has a width of 56.5". It is compatible with a full mattress size and comes with assembly instructions. How's your sleep? Better yet, how do you feel in the morning? If you're getting up tired and looking puffy, it could simply be your pillow cases. Are they made with conventional cotton? Well, here's a little wake-up call. Something like 70M tons of pesticides are poured into cotton fields every year in the US. Farmers and field laborers get sick from this heavy load of synthetic chemicals. And all of this stuff then leaches into the our groundwater sources, year after year.
