If you’re building a handmade business, you know how true this is. You start by making something you love, and somewhere along the way you learn photography, packaging, marketing, pricing, bookkeeping and a hundred other things you never expected. Every skill you pick up is proof of how much you’re capable of. Keep going.

Every skill you add changes the story you tell yourself about who you are and what you are capable of.

Keep adding skills.

Six months ago she had never water bath canned anything in her life. Now it is just a Saturday morning.
