I know we would win ( if these hats were for real, and there was a contest!) I could only hope that I look this good but Danella always looks this good!
Anyway, what a race! So Happy did not win but damn if he did not have a great start! Golden Temple showed everyone how it was done to come out from the back and win! Wow! Girls rule today since his trainer is the FIRST FEMALE TRAINER ever to win a Derby! What a great day in horse racing!

Austin Quattlebaum has been in town since Thurs.
Lots of family time, a Billy Strings concert, dinners, and a cook out at our house!

Last stops before going home!
I can truly say, I am so ready to go home!
Been there done that so many times in NYC, not sure I will be back for a while.
It was so wonderful to get to see and hang out with Alli Edenfield, but, I have way too many other places to see in this country of ours!
So long NYC. Until next time (which will be a WHILE!)
Today’s stops:
The Seaglass Carousel down at the Battery area.
Little Italy for lunch and Ferrara’s for dessert (our tradition when the kids were young)
