What a year it’s been—full of bold designs, unforgettable milestones, and family adventures! Here’s a look back at all the amazing moments:

🏠 Yellow Door Properties Highlights:

--Designed 11 properties and 17 units, logging over 200+ design hours (and about a gazillion trips to Home Depot, Floor & Decor, and Sherwin-Williams 🛒🖌️)
--Worked on a variety of projects: from commercial office spaces and residential flips to short-term and long-term rentals for our incredible investor clients.
--Successfully launched our website and grew to 400+ social media followers 🎉📱
--Bold tile stole the show in kitchens and bathrooms this year—helping our clients’ properties stand out in style! 🎨✨

🌟 Airbnb Success:

--Achieved a gross profit of $150k+ from our 2 personal rentals (that’s over $75k+ per unit!)
--July was our top month, bringing in just shy of $17k! 💸
--Stayed Superhosts for the 2nd year in a row with 500+ 5-star reviews.
--Guests loved our fun murals and colorful décor—proof that bold designs make memorable stays! 🖼️🌈

❤️ Community Impact:

--Continued hosting monthly Savannah Real Estate Investors - Young Ballers Community events with Austin Saracina—our Facebook group now has 500+ members and counting!
--Hosted our first for-charity event this year, raising $500 for Renegade Paws Rescue🐾
--Fostering highlight: We cared for Chai Chai, a sweet pup found at one of our client’s rental properties, and successfully helped her find a loving home 🐶✨

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Family Milestones:

--Roman started kindergarten and has been exploring sports at the YMCA—his favorite so far? Basketball! 🏀
--Theo joined us in May and has filled our hearts with joy these past 7 months. At 21+ pounds, our little butterball is a pro at rolling and loves shrieking to get our attention! 🍼💙
--We’ve enjoyed watching the boys grow and making memories as a family this year.

🎉 Looking Ahead to 2025:

--Excited to buy our first flip 🏡, take on more design projects, and dive deeper into the real estate world.
--Continue hosting Young Baller events and growing our community.
--Watch Roman come out of his shell in sports and cheer on Theo as he learns to crawl and talk 💪
--And who knows? Maybe even more family additions in the future with Dylan Russell 💛
