✨Alright, here’s the line up. 3 meals in one day. Meal 1: I used up the last of our Que to make these.
••• I used a fresh almost too ripe mango, and strawberries to make a homemade bbq sauce. I used femme fatali 🥭🍍from Sowers's Hot Sauces LLC , 🥥Captain’s curse from Tnt Spices and 2 Gringos Chupacabra Pineapple mango habanero 🥭. Video coming soon.

On Tuesday I had the honor of cooking for The Jefé, Alton Paris and the 2 Gringos Chupacabra Family for a private luncheon. Gumbo is something that I do pride myself in and definitely took years to perfect. I look back on some of my earlier gumbo posts years ago and cringe lol. Nothing like today for sure. I'll be the first to admit that I have a salty palate so I don't know how many times I diluted and slightly reseasoned. With that said, I was a little worried but all the positive feedback allowed me to breathe a bit. I am my worst critic for sure. Anyways, I hooked it up with some chicken thighs, andouille sausage, crawfish tails, shrimp and of course the holy trinity. I can't give out everything that goes in that pot. One of my brothers is the ONLY other person that knows my gumbo recipe. Lol. I want to thank you guys for trusting me to feed the team. It was truly an honor. I also want to thank the BFF Christina Edwards for not only her helping hands but also knocking out her awesome banana pudding. Until next time, guys!
