A bonus to our recent Philly trip was getting to do a speaker demo for ArtsQuest in their Bethlehem, PA facility. We provided a demo with our FlatPanel Audio DML loudspeakers. It was a great experience and will hopefully result in Good Sounds providing this technology to them for more of their facilities. Definitely looking forward to seeing where this can go!!

We just returned from Philly where we completed an upgrade to the conference room at the Philadelphia Union office building. We also got started on the WSFS Bank Sportsplex project by installing some speakers on the outdoor field. There is still so much more to do on that job but it was good to get it moving. Looking forward to more trips out there this summer!

A completed project in Annapolis, MD for the Monarch Academy. We upgraded their sound and video system and provided much improved control over the entire system.

A recent project at St. James Catholic Church in Sewickley. We installed a 2x2 flat panel video wall that can be configured into 1 large image, 4 independent images or 2 portrait style images. Special thanks to Lou Valenzi for choosing Good Sounds and being such a loyal supporter!

So this may not look like an interesting picture to most, but to me, its pretty freaking exciting for several reasons!! We are officially contracted to design, build and install the AV system in the brand new WSFS Sportsplex in Chester, PA for the Philadelphia Union Major League Soccer Team. This is the signature of Tim McDermott, President of the Philadelphia Union, accepting our design and indicating approval to proceed with the project. As a sports executive, Tim has also spent time with the Philadelphia 76ers, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Capitals. His brother is Sean McDermott, head coach of the Buffalo Bills. My experience with the Union has been fantastic so far, having completed a small video system for them at their Union Yards sports bar, outside of Subaru Stadium. I am very excited to get started on this project with them and to help them realize their vision for a wonderful new community sports resource.

I am still having a hard time believing that this is my life!! This will be the 3rd sports complex that we have completed since 2020. To me, this signature represents so many years of incredibly hard work. It represents growth for the company and my crew of dedicated technicians. It represents professional organizations having the confidence in me and my company to perform at a professional level that they expect. It reminds me of where we have come from and where we can still go from here.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities we have had and so excited to see what still lies ahead for us. Stay tuned! Moving forward!!

We have been incredibly blessed this year with the opportunity to provide so many clients with AV solutions and service. And we are looking forward to 2025 and the exciting projects that we have in the works.

I’m not sure but I’m beginning to think we might actually have a real business here. It’s pretty incredible to think where it all started and how far we’ve come!! We are finally getting the building finished and functional for us and I have to say it’s a great feeling. My hope is that we are now prepared for what is to come and have the space that will allow us to operate as efficiently and professionally as possible.
