One of the most common questions we as designers get is ”How much is it going to cost?”.
Well, it entirely depends on what you want. Here, the difference between the first bedroom and the second bedroom is that in the second bedroom we added a ceiling treatment, more furniture, more accessories, art, sconces on the walls, etc. The price tag for the first bedroom is around $15,000, the second bedroom $30,000.

When our south Chandler clients wanted to ”de-Tuscan” their large custom home, they wanted to keep the existing cabinets and the flooring. We updated things like countertops, backsplash, hardware, and fixtures, and even though the cabinets stayed the same these updates created a much more current, comfortable feel without a huge budget. Here’s the kitchen, before and after.

Ever considered an integrated sink? It’s where the basin is made from the same material as the countertop. There is no metal rim on top, no mounting clips, and no visible material change. Look down into the bowl and you see the same stone or solid surface as the counter. Works for both bathrooms, kitchens and bars. Here are a few favorites!

Right now we are dreaming of real marble! Of course there are many wonderful lookalikes, but nothing beats a real natural material if you can handle the maintenance. Which one would you pick if you could choose; the soft elegant Calacatta Gold, the dramatic Calacatta Viola, or the timeliness Carrarra?

You know you need a designer but think you can manage the contractors on your own?
One thing that makes Elle Interiors different than most interior design firms is that we are not only award winning interior designers, we are also professional project managers and hold a residential contractor license. We are constantly on site, communicating with subs, solving problems as they arise, reviewing details, and making sure design intent is 100% followed.
