Meet Heritage House ✨

A young family found their forever home in this classic Colonial, and we’re helping make it feel like theirs. We’ll be layering in furnishings and thoughtful updates throughout, including wallcoverings, stair runners, lighting, and refreshed moments in the entry, powder bath, and primary bedroom.

The goal is to make it feel collected, curated, and full of personality while honoring what was already there.

Hello, Ancala Courtyard!

This adobe-style Scottsdale home, nestled in the foothills of the McDowell Mountains, is getting a fresh start. We’re reimagining the home with a welcoming entry courtyard and water feature, a kitchen designed for gathering, a custom breakfast nook banquette, and a gallery-inspired lounge for the family’s extensive art collection. It will be a full house and casita transformation with all new finishes.

Inspired by the surrounding Sonoran Desert, the interiors draw on natural materials, warm textures, and an earthy palette that feels right at home in the landscape.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to check on our Black Butte home and the surrounding area during the Oregon wildfires. Thankfully, we’re in a safe zone for now, and so are our clients and friends in the area.

Our Summit Day began in Portland’s Ladd’s Addition Rose Garden, where we spent the morning volunteering and giving back to a place that brings so much beauty to our community.

From there, we gathered as a team to reflect on our goals, celebrate how far we’ve come, and look ahead to the year ahead.

Framing is in, plumbing rough-ins are complete, electrical is underway, and the structural glulams are up. Ductwork is in, the ashlar stone is looking striking on the exterior, and the masonry fireplaces are taking shape. Even the cabinetry is officially in the shop drawing phase.
