I lay here tonight with such a greatful heart and a testimony I have to share.
I received a text message tonight at about midnight from someone who I love very much asking me to pray for them, and I said of course and asked if they wanted to call me, I kept seeing the bubbles pop up and down, so I decided to call them. We prayed, cried, talked, gave testimony, and it got kinda quiet after about 58 minutes. I said their name a few times and had realized they had fallen asleep, so I prayed one more time on the phone over them. And after that call I hit my knees and I prayed again and I gave thanks to GOD because I have prayed for this person many times in the past. And I’m thankful a prayer of mine has been answered. Prayer works, you just have to ask GOD for it, with a grateful heart, ask your friends and family to help you pray.
I know I have not been sharing on the Facebook as I was a little bit ago, I have really been trying to dedicate more of myself to prayer and reading. I have half the book of Luke and Revelation to complete the reading in the New Testament, and then I will be starting back at Genesis to read from beginning to end. I want to be blessed with the gift of knowledge, wisdom, compassion and that will only come through a relationship with Jesus. I don’t not say these things to boast or to make someone else feel guilty I simply want to be able to understand what GOD wants me to understand.
