This new Prep & Store System is amazing! Each item is available separately as well: the Prep Board and the Store & Serve.. or you can get the entire system to step up your prep game. The board has feet that grip the counter so it doesn't move when you use it, the metal racks under the board hold your containers, so you can easily wipe your scraps & cut product into them, and the lids have a vent that you can have open or close.. depending on what you store in them.
The containers that come with the Store & Serve ALSO have dividers and drain trays, so you can store 2 different things at once or store them on top of the drain tray to keep them out of their juices! Plus, the cooling inserts in the Store & Serve can keep your food cold up to 4-6 hours when frozen and up to 2 hours when refrigerated!
