This is how it starts. So much work goes into my handmade items. I’m constantly searching for wooden posts to mount them on. I love the ones I find that someone else just walks by. Then the nose, each one is made differently one by one. Then stuffing(that’s the key). Then staining then the eyes then the mouth. I don’t think many know how many hours. But it’s what I have done for years. There’s some things I cannot make but I will try and if they turn out bad, you won’t ever see them. lol.

Whew!!! I went on a quick trip to Pennsylvania to buy a few things for Open house. We found some great things and had a great time. The weather was perfect. The more I talked to people up north the more they think I’m from Georgia lol. I’m trying my best to transform the shop into Christmas. It’s a lot of work to arrange and then display but it’s getting there. It may not be as much or big as in the past due to sky high prices and still tariffs on a lot of things I order in but the shop is always pretty at Christmas. Please note that I am still closed until November 7th. And if you could keep me in your thoughts and kick up a prayer that I get it done and I don’t catch all this mess going around.
