Update for .

I'm having a love/hate relationship with my new split system, keeping me cool this summer. While it was expertly installed by Josh at Epic Air who managed to hide all of the ducts within the walls, it does not function the way that promised us it would, so they have been locked in an argument with for 4 MONTHS. Meanwhile, I'm left with gaping holes in my ceilings, non functioning thermostats and cannot move on with the interior renovations. Do better Mitsubishi and Gensco! 😕

First post in a while, but I realized that my socials feed can't be all pretty pictures and professional photography, so catching up on what's been happening this summer and starting with wrapping up a tricky bathroom project in Massachusetts!

Loving this completed home featuring custom walnut cabinetry and Dekton counters and backsplash, with a secret sliding panel and debuting Russell, because he would do anything for treats. 🥰
