Just wrapped up this living room redesign in South Seattle! I have said it before and I'll say it again: I LOVE a nerdy goth moment! These clients really wanted to make sure their home represented who they are and show off their talents and interests. The buzzwords while designing this space were "goth elf-core", so, cue the bug collection, original oil paintings by one of the homeowners, and Lord of the Rings replica swords. Anything weird and funky was in play here which makes for such a unique and inspiring space.

I think this will be one of my favorite spaces for a long time! And just thinking about having a fun D&D session in here just makes me want to get my dice bag and most recent Cleric out for an epic one shot!

It's time to show off some photos from the AMAZING closet in the South Seattle Home! I have loving named the first photo in this series "Pink Cat In A Pink Room"! The client that uses this space really wanted to showcase her shoes and bags. She also wanted the design of this room to be on the funky side to show off her unique style. How do you think I did?

I love a little bit of a goth moment! This lash studio in Lone Tree Colorado is one of my favorite projects. My client wanted a space that reflects her goth esthetic while incorporating space for her handmade merchandise. This was my first lash studio and it was a fun challenge! paige

And just like that the inside of our cabinets are done! I feel like it’s a total night and day difference and a great example of how a little leg work can totally transform something. I will someday soon be painting the outside of the cabinets as well, I’m thinking a lovely mossy green. Mood boards to come on that!

I will also get back to sharing more client designs very soon as well, so stay tuned!

If you follow my personal account, you may know that my husband and I recently bought a house! Which means there are many projects for me to share with you! Our home was built in 1940 so I want to keep the character and history that it has but still make it feel like our home, all while on a tight budget.

I’ll be posting things as I get them done, so stay tuned for more but first on the list is painting the inside of the kitchen cabinets. The cabinet doors will have to wait but I want to share the amazing impact that simply painting the inside can have. They are the original cabinets, and my heart hurts a little bit painting over the history that they have but they just look like a scary dark cave, and honestly they are kind of gross! So a fresh coat of primer and paint will really give them new life. I’ll share some before and after photos soon, but for now here is a photo of me knee deep in the cave that is the sink cabinet!

Next stop on the gallery of projects past is the AMAZING creative suite at ! This was a collaboration with the fabulous who is truly an inspiration ❤️ The challenge was making sure there were a number of breakout casual meeting spaces to fit the creative types that use this office the most. Bold colors and textures made this project a total winner!
