“Candlelight has a way of turning old glass into little pieces of magic.” 🕯️

There’s something magical about vintage glass when it catches the flicker of candlelight—every facet, reflection, and imperfect detail telling its own story. 🕯️

For this week’s Mimic Challenge, our talented group of stylists was invited to recreate and reinterpret inspiration photos centered around vintage glass and candle glow. The beauty is seeing how each stylist takes the same idea and makes it completely their own.

After a rain storm Tuesday, we have had great weather. I went to Trader Joe's & got lot's of fun seasonal treats, like cinnamon scented brooms & boo chips. Plus, the orange dahlias in this video. How is the weather by you?

Happy Saturday! We had a ton of rain yesterday and it really felt like a gray fall day. Today it is sunny and all the fall colors are showing off.
For this theme, I used a lot of items I already had on hand. But I couldn't pass up the vintage themed items (plates, napkins, frames, banner, figurines) at Michael's.

Happy 2nd day of fall! My daughter and I made a pear cake. Hubby and my son went camping last weekend and brought pears home from a farm stand, so I used those in this cake.
I'll share the recipe in comments and my Recipe highlight bubble.

Tuesday Stills ☺️ Over the weekend I joined a moody fall tablescape share.
Hydrangea from the yard
Table cloth from TJMAXX
Napkins from Target
Mirror from Madison Park Home
Glasses Anthropologie

Happy weekend! All of our hydrangea are turning such amazing colors. I clipped two varieties to make the centerpiece. Then used dry branches from a third variety for the sideboard(credenza?).
Tablecloth is new
Napkins are new from Target
Everything else I already had 😊

“Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower.” — Albert Camus 🤎

Let’s welcome the cozy side of fall with this month’s Mimic: “Fall Cozy Vignette.” 🕯️🍂
A little moment that feels warm, inviting, and beautifully autumnal with📚 Books 🕯️Candles🎃 Pumpkins and 🍂 Fall décor.

My neighbor gave me these dahlias and I am cherishing them since they are probably the last of the season. Over the weekend it rained and my youngest had a cold, so it definitely feels like fall is upon us lol.

Come visit our pages to see this styled in our own signature ways—layered, elegant, rustic, whimsical, or maximalist.

Happy weekend! A friend recently gave me this table runner and I was so excited to use it for this fall tablescape. I clipped leaves and flowers from our yard and mixed real and faux pumpkins.
The busy-ness of back to school has returned- soccer, scout meetings, volunteering, field trip chaperone duty. Are you in the thick of back to school activities?

took a step back, the leaves lulled themselves to sleep, and autumn awakened.”🍂
