LeeAnn Baker Interiors Ltd. is a full service interior design studio that focuses on northwest elegance; understated and refined homes that capture the unique personality and lifestyle demands of each client. The results are visually stunning and reflect the hues

and simplicity of the Pacific Northwest. Prior to forming LeeAnn Baker Interiors Ltd. in 2003, LeeAnn Baker Steding attended the New York School of Interior Design and honed her skills working for both interior designers and architects in Manhattan. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Baker Steding maintains a diverse array of projects in the Pacific Northwest, including Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, and Montana. An alumna of the University of Washington, she lives in the Seattle area with her husband and two children.

Interior designers work their magic by curating a collection of artisans, craftsmen, and trades people they can trust to help make their designs come alive. This past weekend we lost an amazing craftsman and dear friend, Daniel Uchytil. If you have worked with LeeAnn Baker Interiors in the past (or many other local designers), you likely have, or have had, a piece of furniture or whole house of cabinetry made by Dan. Dan was amazingly talented and had the ability to relate to and be liked by everyone. I am so grateful I got to call him friend. Godspeed, Dan. You will be missed beyond measure. 🙏

I’ve said it before, and it is worth saying again…laundry rooms shouldn’t be overlooked when designing a home. So often I hear clients say, “Nobody will see it but me.” Having a fully functional and well designed laundry room can change the way you and your family feel about getting chores done.

On this day 22 years ago, LeeAnn Baler Interiors was born. It is so crazy to think back on all of the growth and changes over the years to get us where we are today. So grateful for the opportunities, clients, collaborations, and community. Today is also a new moon which symbolizes new beginnings, introspection, and the potential for growth. Cheers to that! 🙏

Sometimes it is best to just let a room be the size it is and not try to mask it with lighter colors. For this music room we color drenched the walls in Millstone Gray and added a luminous textured wallcovering to the ceiling.
