I can't wait to create another beautiful arch tomorrow for an elegant Tuesday wedding!

When planning the ceremony florals for this wedding we wanted a design that would surround Vanessa + Jeff with beauty as they exchanged vows. We decided to use a two piece arch to make a large outdoor space feel more intimate. I love how it came together framed them as they celebrated their love for each other!

put all the finishing touches on this magical design 🧡 This whole day could not have come together with the help of my team and support system.... .light , my hubs, aunt, sister, parents.... everyone. Lol.

The dried elements in this boutonniere are grasses from the yard and seed pods from a spring blooming mascari, bleached by the summer sun until it was perfectly dried and preserved! As soon as I saw it I knew it was the interesting element that I was looking for to add a unique texture. Since this discovery I always keep my eyes open for tiny dried treasures 🌾

I’m starting to do more and more bouquets for elopement and small ceremonies. It’s fun to take on smaller projects and it’s about all I can manage while balancing full time kiddo care! Today was so hot it reminded me of this elopement shoot last year. Beautiful... but sooooo hot.

Looking back at old work since not much is being done now. While I miss flowers, I’m enjoying my perfect little baby and family. Life is so short... and precious... and full of wonder and beauty. I’ve booked a small number of weddings for next year, but mostly I’m taking it easy.
