Just a few things we find to be kinda chic… 💅🏼✨

After 20+ years, we’ve learned that every home needs something a little different, and each seller’s situation is a little different.

That’s why every stage we design is completely custom, with so much of our inspiration coming from the home itself and the features that make it unique.

👉🏼 Sometimes that means embracing bold paint colors to save painting budgets, sometimes it means pulling out our real MCM pieces to lean into existing features of the home, and sometimes it means keeping things simple and letting an incredible view do the talking.

We love getting to be creative with every home that comes our way and finding ways to work with what’s already there rather than changing everything just for the sake of selling or making every listing look the same.

20+ years, two generations, and countless homes staged later, we still think home staging is pretty chic!

SNEAK PEEK 👀

Yesterday’s stage came with some pretty incredible scenery 🌊This gorgeous waterfront home has breathtaking views, and our design team knew from the beginning that they needed to be the star of the show.

We incorporated the homeowner’s own pieces for a blended staging design that was warm, neutral, and inviting, allowing the eye to naturally travel toward the water rather than competing with it. Subtle colors and organic elements inspired by the surrounding landscape helped bring the outside in and create a natural connection between the home and its stunning setting.

👉🏼 When the view is this good, the best staging strategy is to let the design take a step back and let the views take center stage.

This gorgeous Alki townhome, listed by Cyrus Fiene and Jennifer Fiene, flew off the market before we even got the chance to share it!

With an incredible West Seattle location, beautiful natural light, spacious rooms, and standout finishes throughout, it’s easy to see why buyers fell in love so quickly. 😍

For the staging, we started with a neutral foundation and pulled our accent colors directly from the home itself, taking inspiration from the gorgeous wood-beamed ceilings and blue kitchen. Carrying those tones throughout created a cohesive design that felt intentional while allowing the home’s unique finishes to remain the stars of the show.

Another great example of why we believe staging should be designed custom for the home, rather than bringing the same look into every listing.

One of our favorite entry designs. 💛🤎🖤

We loved using the windows and floor tile patterns as the inspiration for the entire design story of this space. Every layer was intentional.

The metal wall art repeated the geometric shapes of the windows.

The metal legs of the bench connected back to the wall sculpture.

The black circular accents echoed the curves and rhythm of the floor mosaic.

The black cabinet grounded the room and helped anchor the darker tones throughout the space.

The wood bench added warmth, texture, and another natural layer.

The pillow colors introduced the palette carried into the living room beyond.
