At Georgetown Concepts, we have partnered with a variety of top vendors to provide unlimited choices of carpet, tile, hardwood, natural stone, and window treatments for your home. Our design studio is in the heart of the Seattle design & interior finishes market, allowing us to work directly with all of the top hard surfaces suppliers. We can arrange for you to have access to our Partnered Vendor showrooms and the ability to select from each vendor’s full line - instead of being hampered by the limited choices in most flooring and interior showrooms. After you have visited the vendors, we can compile samples and pricing for specific products and review them with you in the Georgetown Concepts design studio. Once designs are finalized, we will coordinate the purchase of your materials, to be picked up directly from the vendor, as well as provide a quote for full service installation. Georgetown Concepts is open to the public, where customers can get one-on-one design guidance on the best materials and applications in the industry. Customers can place their order for the materials they have chosen directly with the staff at Georgetown Concepts, without having to go through a contractor. In most cases, the customer can then will call directly from the vendor that day (subject to availability).
