Dutch Baby 🥞

One of my go too, easy to make breakfasts. You can dress it up or down in any way and sure to be a family favorite!

Ingredients

* 4 tbsp butter, divided
* ½ cup whole milk
* ½ cup all-purpose flour
* 4 large eggs
* 1 tbsp cane sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla
* ¼ tsp salt
* A healthy dash of cinnamon
* Berries of choice, optional
* Powdered sugar, for dusting

Directions

1. Place a cast-iron skillet in the oven and preheat to 450°F.
2. Add 2 tbsp butter to the skillet and let it melt while you make the batter.
3. Melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter.
4. Add the melted butter, milk, flour, eggs, cane sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until completely smooth—don’t skip the blending!
5. Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven. Swirl the melted butter around so the bottom of the skillet is evenly coated.
6. If adding berries: Toss them directly into the melted butter in the skillet, then pour the batter over the top. Make sure the butter is nicely dispersed around the pan.
7. Return the skillet to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the Dutch baby is beautifully puffed and golden brown. Try not to open the oven while it bakes so you don’t lose that gorgeous puff!
8. Dust generously with powdered sugar and serve warm with maple syrup, fresh berries, or both. 🤍

Best served straight from the oven while it’s big, fluffy, and warm!

Drop your Weekend Tiny Wins 👇

We got some things done. We left plenty in the house undone. 😂 (check my last reel)

But the biggest win? We didn’t let the to-do list take over our weekend.

A little progress around the house + a lot of time actually enjoying our family.

I’ll take that as a win. 🤍

This, just this.

Pink Drink Pick Me UP! 🥥🍓🧊

Starbucks inspired pink drink so good and refreshing!

A dear mama friend brought all the supplies over and made me this drink for me. I was freshly postpartum with my first kiddo and really feeling it. It was the honestly the kindest gesture and something that I think about all the time.

Whether it really works to help with lactation or not, it gets you drinking more fluids and coconut water is so good for hydration. You can change the ratio of each ingredient to get the effect and taste you are going for!

Ingredients:
•Ice
•Ocean Spray White Cran x Strawberry
•Coconut water
•Coconut Milk
•Freeze Dried Berries

Olive Garden-Inspired Creamy Baked Ziti 🍝🤍

This might just be our new favorite comfort meal. Creamy, cheesy, perfectly baked, and tastes like something you’d order at Olive Garden… but even better because it’s homemade!

✨ Save this recipe for your next family dinner!

Ingredients

* 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
* 16–20 oz marinara sauce
* 1 cup heavy cream
* ½–1 cup ricotta cheese
* 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
* 6–8 oz mozzarella & provolone blend
* 8–12 oz ziti (I only had rigatoni!)
* 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
* Salt & pepper, to taste
* 1 Tbsp dried basil
* Good dash garlic powder
* 1 Tbsp dried chopped onion (optional)
* ½ cup breadcrumbs
* Olive oil

Directions

🍅 Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and place in a greased 9×13 baking dish.

🧄 Heat a generous drizzle of olive oil. Sauté garlic and dried onion until fragrant and lightly golden. Stir in basil.

🍅 Add diced tomatoes and simmer 3–4 minutes.

🥫 Stir in marinara and simmer another 2–3 minutes.

🥛 Add heavy cream until the sauce is creamy and your preferred color.

🧀 Reserve a little cheese for topping, then stir in ricotta, Parmesan, and the mozzarella/provolone blend until melted and smooth.

🍝 Pour most of the sauce over the pasta and toss to coat. Spread remaining sauce over the top.

✨ Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and the remaining cheese.

🔥 Broil until bubbly, golden brown, and irresistibly cheesy.

Serve with garlic bread and a fresh Caesar salad for the full restaurant experience!

❤️ If you make it, let me know what you think!
