When tile is installed it should be as strong as whatever is underneath it.

Today’s Client Spotlight!

At Precision Flooring and Construction clients feel like family. We love it when we get to get fully involved and integrate design aspects that suit our clients..

This particular client has had her Master Bathroom , Guest Bathroom and her Kitchen remodeled with us.

Master Bathroom
Challenges- Lots of cultured marble in this bathroom from the 80’s. Instead of breaking the bank we designed around cultured marble and made it a highlight. Turning this old pink bathroom and making it a black and white contemporary masterpiece!
With a Black glass feature wall and timeless subway tile this was a fun one.
Time from demo to completion (4 days)

Guest Bathroom
Keep the Cabinet why not! Why waste the time and money if you can just update it. Build a countertop and highlight it with some of the most lavish sinks we have ever seen. This beach / Roman style bathroom is a work of art.
Herringbone back feature walls. 48”x24” tiles horizontal side walls. Tile base all around.
From the Sandy Flloors to the light blue skies.
Time from demo to completion (4 days)

Kitchen
Way to expensive to replace the cabinets and do solid surface. We saved this client at least 35k by creating our own solid surface look with 64”x32” tiles.
Really made the old cabinets look new. Got rid of the old fluorescent lights and put in some led can lights.
This was really fun to do. She trusted in our experience and skills. Built the countertops with 3/4 inch plywood , installed Ditra on top of that. Put the tile on top if the higher cabinets creating a ledge for decoration or things to be put up there.

Bathroom Remodel.
Before and after pictures.
This client wanted a big shower but wanted to keep her cabinets. Instead of paying for solid surface we created it for her!
These tiles were installed with 1/16 inch grout joints.
Size 24 inch by 48 inch yeah that’s big!
We kept grains matching and wrapping around corners.
All of our benches are made with concrete block.
Walls are GoBoard and waterproofed.
Start to finish from demo to completion 10 days total!
