Okay but can we just take a second and appreciate a man who treats dinosaur marketing like it’s a Fortune 500 strategy meeting?

I left him at the shop for maybe ten minutes to grab sodas. I come back and it looks like Pixar rented our front counter.

Dinosaurs in full Seguin gear. Perfectly staged. Moved inch by inch. He’s crouched down getting angles like,
“Natural light hits different on Terri’s good side.”

He had a whole campaign planned.
A storyline. An engagement hook and probably hashtags. He looks up at me, so proud, and says, “This is going to be BIG.” And I had to gently remind him…

“We still can’t post photos.”

I swear I watched the man’s soul exit his body, hover above him, and whisper, “Not today.” He slowly stood up. Picked up a dinosaur like it was a fallen teammate. Walked outside.

Now he’s sitting there reading his book with the look of a man who built Rome and then got told he can’t open the gates yet. But here’s the thing... this is who he is. He doesn’t just “help at the shop.” He believes in it.
He invests in it. He dreams about it.

If there’s a way to market something, he’s already three steps ahead. If there’s a mascot involved? He’s building lore. If there’s a post to be made? He’s ready to go all in. So yes, I crushed his dino-content dreams today… but let’s hear it for the husband who shows up with full creative energy every single time.

Those dinosaurs may be benched for now…

But when they get their moment?
Just know he’s been preparing them for greatness.
