This was a fun little job. Quick turn around and quite a bit of change. Kitchen was ripped out, new floor to ceiling filing system. New doors. New wall color accents. The room now accommodates 4 people. It was for 2 with excess unused space before. The column has posed a problem in the past but I worked around it by staggering a desk. New blinds, the artwork, the computers and phones are yet to be installed. I was really hoping to put up the artwork today. LED’s are supposed to be updated this coming week.

This week’s corporate project is 90% complete. Doors need painted, artwork needs hung, chairs arrived late yesterday. This is how you work around an obstacle of a column preventing a smooth continuous wrap around the room. This room used to accommodate 2 people. Now it is set up for 4, and more storage for file boxes than they ever expected. New window treatments are in order, and I would have loved to have painted the entire room, baby steps. Painting that corner column where the one desk protrudes from as an added bonus of a black shelf between the top of the panels and the window for added surface space. I might add some additional panel hanging storage. I am excited to see how it looks with the new closet bifold door in black and the same with the door on the left. I will post more next week once the office is ready for move in day.

This is a great idea to have a carpenter cut down a table into two very narrow depth hallway (limited width spaces). This one happens to be multifunctional and it covers what might be a radiator as well. I am unfamiliar with the white things beneath the one in the foreground. I am from the south so it just might be something that northerners know about. Remember there are all sorts of different height tables out there, especially on market place. If the space is narrow, it should not have a flared bottom leg. The two tone really makes this pop. It appears to me that the one in the foreground is slightly
Taller than the other one. Some bathrooms are very small and need surfaces as well. Repurpose and reuse if you can.
