Wow! What a 2025 it's been! Two total knee replacements, 60lbs lost, and doubling last year's record design sales by October.. What's next for 2026? Unveiling an incredible project install and some post grad courses to develop faster workflows for designers in my field. After dabbling a bit in AI, it seams apparent, no one thinks like a designer, and we are all unique. Our technology shouldn't be about a pale and inaccurate, puppetry of our designs with mythical products no one can obtain, but rather put us in the conductors chair to orchestrate our masterpieces. Stay tuned..

Hi friends! If anyone would like to purchase items for their home and design with me, fill out the design request at Perigold.com and request me. Purchase is expected so I receive a paycheck and earn my keep, although you will not be charged any extra for the products! Such a deal!

In turn, I will source my designs from the affiliated stores, Birch Lane, All Modern, Wayfair, and Joss and Main. In addition get protection plans and installation on some items such as drapery, side tables, upholstered items, accessories, lighting and sqitching out lighting fixtures (no electrician work however)

Keep in mind what your budget will dictate because I can design at any price point.

Moving on to an exciting new venture! CNI Designs is Closed. Effective immediately. My full-service interior design company has shut its doors. I haven't stopped designing however, just designing smarter. Details to come in February.
