Paper Dolls On Sundays

Paper Dolls On Sundays A gift for every occasion & decorations for every season! When I was a little girl, we went to my Grandma & Grandpa Sturgeon's every Sunday.

After we ate, Grandma and I would make crafts and color at the kitchen table. We made a lot of things out of construction paper, including what would probably be miles of paper chains! She also taught me how to make paper dolls and before I was old enough to make them she would make them for me. She'd show me how to fold the paper just right and how to hold the scissors at just the right angle. I

remember making those little crafts with Grandma and I look back and think that was probably the first craft I ever made. We spent a lot of time coloring and drawing, too. When my daughter, Calleigh, was about 3 years old Grandma sent some paper dolls in the mail for her along with a note about how she had been thinking about when we used to make them together when I was about her age. I think my Grandma had a lot to do with my creativity! So, now you know why I chose to call this page Paper Dolls On Sundays. It was those Sundays spent with Grandma that shaped my love for crafting.
