Due to the heat, we are shutting our grill and oven down immediately and will do cold cuts and fryer food up until 6 o’clock at which time the kitchen will shut completely down. The kitchen will be open tomorrow until 1:00 at which time the oven, and grill will be shut down and we will do cold cuts and fryer food until 6:00. We apologize for any inconvenience, but it is not fair to the employees to have to suffer in this heat as of right now it is 96° in our kitchen and 90° in the store.

Due to our oven being down, we are unable to make any pizzas or Stromboli this weekend. They told us that they should have the part by Monday.  Also on Tuesday our kitchen may shut down for a short period of time because Shipley will be there doing stuff with the propane, and they said they may have to shut it off for a short period of time.

Looking for a new morning shift cook. Wanting someone who can work fast pace getting breakfast sandwiches in the warmer, be dependable, and be kind to customers. The hours would be 3:30am-11am 5 days a week.

We have to shut the kitchen down due to the fact that after the power was restored, we don’t have no running water. I will update on here as soon as we get the issue fixed. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Due to the heat the kitchen we will be operating on the following schedule until Sunday.
Breakfast served till 10:00am.
After pizza is done for in warmer the oven will be shut off.
The grill and deep fryer will be shut off at 1:00pm. Only cold cuts available.
The kitchen will close at 6:00 pm.
KITCHEN WILL BE CLOSED ALL DAY ON THE 4th of JULY…
We apologize for any inconvenience but with the ac malfunctioning it is too much to handle for the employees to stand back in a hot kitchen.

We ask that anyone who stops in at the Gap for food the next couple days to please bare with the cooks. You will notice when you walk into the store. We are working without any AC. what you feel at the front of the store is nothing compared to what’s in the back of the store by the grill. oven, and deep fryer. So we asked that you please be patient. Thank you for your understanding.  Also I would like to add that if it gets too unbearable, we may have to shut the kitchen down. so please call ahead to make sure the kitchen is open.
