I want to put something into perspective. I know not everyone has an open budget when it comes to buying things. I totally get that!

But this full sheet cake with absolutely NOTHING on it, made at sams club, was $41.
People buy from Walmart and other stores all the time for cakes. One because they are cheap.
But I don’t think people realize that those cakes before being frosted sit there for a while, days even.
Some places can just take the date sticker off and place it in the freezer and take it out when needed. Then they place another due date sticker on there. Who knows how long it’s actually been good for? The customer also isn’t paying the bakery. They’re hourly; by the store. By the consumer.

When you buy something from a small bakery or home-based cakery, you’re paying the person DIRECTLY. You are helping their family DIRECTLY, while they’re making memories decorating a very special cake. Made just for YOU. just something to put into perspective when it comes to home bakers and their prices. 🥰
