Update! Next Sunday, February 4th is the last day Honey and Ace’s brick-and-mortar shop doors will be open.

The community of artists, makers, connectors, collaborators, creative believers and beyond that have breathed life into this space have shown irrevocable proof in the power of creativity. 💛 The love and light that has been extended throughout these past few weeks is stunning. This shop’s artistic journey and identity was held together by a community fabric filled with incredible strength. Thank you infinitely to everyone! For showing up. For all the generous and incredibly kind offers to help. For your encouraging and supportive words. For compassionate understanding in this reflection process. And for meeting this period of professional development and decision making with time and grace. It’s in these moments of transformation that I’m able to fully realize that community extends far beyond this physical space. ♾️

Dreaming is an essential component to taking risks. And right now, the reality of our shop dream that began four years ago has reached an incredibly difficult financial position that ultimately means we are closing its doors.

A million thank yous doesn’t even begin to cover how much gratitude and love and compassion we have grown to know through having this shop and studio space within Sheboygan. Without acting on this dream, we never would have been able to share in the love and diverse creativity that this strong, strong community of folks contains. Time and time again, conversations that sweep in and out of the shop continue to marvel and maintain the beautiful mystery of life surrounding us!

Effective immediately, all store-owned merchandise, shop displays, and furniture will be discounted and priced to move through the first week of February.

Design services will remain available after our brick ‘n mortar location has closed. Our focus will be to better serve you as design clients while helping to tell your story through your space.

Come through, even just to say hi/bye and give one final salute to this little slice of Stay Weird Sheboygan history!

In a smaller space, giving every surface a purpose is essential — especially in a high-traffic area like the kitchen! A built-in dining nook with a decorative wall shelf in the upper perimeter anchors this couple’s knack for displaying vintage décor collectables while getting to enjoy their backyard view - aesthetic multitasking at its finest! We worked together to find harmony in all the different visual planes through a symphony of finishes in cabinetry, paint, wallpaper, backsplash tile, and countertops. Altering the orientation of a former pantry door to host a restroom also gave us the opportunity to expose and highlight the home’s beautiful chimney brick. The chalkboard adds a fun and creative invitation for a dialogue among the interior finishes, depending on the artists’ choosing & chalk palette.

Getting to design in space in harmony with its surroundings is one of my favorite things — and was a treat at Ebb Flo on the Sheboygan Riverfront !!

I leaned into the coastal vibe with a patchwork of oxidized metal sheeting surrounding the counter, and a sienna hued beadboard ceiling over the main room, nestled among the dark wood columns and trim, which all find balance with navy painted shiplap & ceiling. Clean and classic accents, like subway tile and polished quartz countertops elevate the space while locally-made artwork underscore the different shades of water, and bring your eyes back around to the riverfront. Historical images of the Sheboygan South Pier dot the walls among driftwood elements, that both suspend from the ceiling as light fixtures and hang on the walls. A great project filled with beautiful elements that speak to my love for Lake Michigan! 💛

🍭Holiday Hours! 🍭
Got some days off coming up and we wanna keep you in the loop!

We also want to give you a heads up that things are movin n shakin over here and changes are on the horizon! We wouldn’t be here without you and we are so grateful for the opportunity to evolve alongside this incredibly supportive and creative community.

A couple things that are shifting right away is that we’re not doing a holiday market this year - our community already has awesome opportunities, like Local Yokel, and we want to support those and we hope you do too. As always, we remain committed to championing our local artist and makers - this is a big part of the mission at H&A and we’ll always have local art for you to add to your collection or get as a special gift for a loved one.
