Selling the business for just the cost of merchandise and fixtures and you would take over my lease or negotiate a new one with your new awesome (Buffalo Bill impersonator) landlord Wayne. This has been such an awesome experience but I’m on to wilder things (I bought an orphanage, more on that later).
If you just want the gorgeous space to do your own thing that’s an option too! Happy to teach new person the ropes and share where I buy everything etc. It’s a really great opportunity to take my years of experience and contacts and run wild.
