Pineapple Chocolate Aurora 🌌🍍🍫
Ingredients:
For the Cocktail Base:
1½ oz chocolate rum
2 oz pineapple juice
½ oz lime juice (optional for brightness)
For the Neon Fruit Foam:
1 oz pineapple juice
½ oz blue curaçao
½ oz grenadine
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white (or aquafaba for a vegan option)
Optional Glow Effect:
Edible shimmer dust or food-safe neon glow powder
Process:
Prepare the Neon Fruit Foam:
In a shaker, combine pineapple juice, blue curaçao, grenadine, sugar, and egg white (or aquafaba).
Shake vigorously without ice to create a thick foam.
Add ice and shake again to chill. Set aside.
Build the Cocktail:
Pour chocolate rum into a tall, clear glass as the base layer.
Gently add pineapple juice and lime juice, pouring over the back of a spoon to create a swirling effect.
Spoon the neon fruit foam on top, allowing the colors to mimic the flowing patterns of the northern lights.
Enhance the Glow:
Dust the foam with edible shimmer dust or glow powder for a radiant effect.
