I had to add the AI label because otherwise you'd never be able to tell that Merrilee was imposed into the photo! 😜
She wasn't able to make it to our final Two-at-a-Time Toe-Up Sock Class gathering, but we really wanted to make sure she was part of the class photo with her beautiful finished socks. If you look closely, you might even spot a few extra Merrilees hiding around the shop... 🤣
In all seriousness, I'm so proud of this group! Over the past several weeks they learned how to cast on two socks at once, using a seamless toe-up method, knit two-at-a-time on Magic Loop, work a gusset, heel and heel flap, and finish a pair of custom-fit handmade socks.
One of the best things about knitting two socks at a time is that when you finish, you're DONE. No second sock syndrome. No trying to remember modifications. Just a beautiful, finished pair ready to wear. 🧦🩷
Congratulations Pam, Michelle, and Suzanne! And congratulations to Merrilee, who not only finished her socks but somehow managed to climb onto the top shelf for the class photo. 🤣✨
The real image is on slide 2.
