Hey guys! I am hopping on here to keep you up to date. I have some good and bad news 😢.
First off I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the orders all shirts have come in! However when I was going to do the dark color prints it isn’t working with the equipment I have so we fixed that and I can now do sublimation once my paper and ink comes in. Now with that being said I am having to return some of the shirts (I will message everyone that has ordered!!) the reason for the returns is they are 100% cotton I cannot sublimate on this material. I am going to find similar colors and get everyone’s approval before placing my new order! Now with the sublimation prices are going to be lower on shirts so if you have paid I will calculate up the different and refund what that comes out to be if your shirt is affected by my transition. With all this being said it will take a week or two to get all of this situated and worked out and I completely understand if you would like to cancel your order and try again once everything gets figured out! I am sorry for the long post just want to keep you updated and not make anyone think I have forgotten about the orders. I have been pondering all day about what to do and this seems to be the best option!
